London School of Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Limited (LSADR)
London School of Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Limited (LSADR) (UK company number) was established to address the need for arbitration education and qualification in the light of ever-growing popularity of this method of dispute resolution internationally. Arbitration professionals and arbitrators globally are finding themselves having to deal with increasingly complex issues in the conduct of arbitration. Meanwhile, commercial and corporate executives today face arbitration and ADR more than before, thus the need for them to gain knowledge in this area of dispute resolution. This is of especial need and demand in the Asian region where transnational trade is thriving and arbitration as well as ADR have become the norm.
The creation of LSADR is carefully calibrated by experts who not only have experience in domestic and international arbitration but also learning and pedagogy. LSADR offers a (postgraduate) Level 7 Diploma in International Arbitration Law & Practice, an Ofqual England-regulated qualification at the postgraduate level. As Ofqual qualifications are also part of the European Qualification Framework (EQF), the Diploma enjoys recognition in the wider European market and attracts learners from other parts of the world wanting to be part of the global economy.
